Consultancy for Community Based Inclusive Mental Health Model Development (BasicNeeds)

Job Overview
CBM Global Disability Inclusion is seeking a consultant (or consultancy team) to lead the finalisation of a high-quality, accessible, and rights-based training and implementation package for the BasicNeeds Model for Community-Based Inclusive Mental Health Development.
The BasicNeeds Model is a holistic and adaptable approach designed to improve the quality of life for people with psychosocial disabilities and/or mental health conditions, particularly in low- and middle-income countries. As part of CBM Global’s commitment to inclusive, community-rooted mental health support, this consultancy will consolidate, refine, and update existing model materials for global use.
Timeframe and Duration: The consultancy will run for approximately 25 days over a 3-month period starting mid-late October.
Location of Services: This consultancy will be conducted remotely.
Key Deliverables
- A revised model document
- A refined and condensed training package
- An updated impact framework
- Practical guidance materials for diverse users and settings
