Consultant – Inclusive Mental Health & Psychosocial Support (MHPSS)

Job Overview
CBM Global Disability Inclusion is seeking a consultant to support the finalisation, contextualisation, and delivery of our Disability and Inclusion in MHPSS training and support package. This work builds on a successful first phase of piloting and co-facilitation with Organisations of Persons with Disabilities (OPDs) in multiple countries.
Timeframe and Duration: This consultancy will run for approximately 40 days over a 5–6-month period starting mid-late October.
Location of Services: The consultancy will be carried out through a combination of remote and in-person work. Travel to Ukraine is required. All associated travel costs will be covered by CBM Global.
Key Deliverables
The consultant will work closely with CBM Global’s technical teams and partners to:
- Finalise and make accessible the full training package
- Develop a practical Training of Trainers (ToT) toolkit
- Deliver both online and one in-person training (a ToT workshop in Kyiv, Ukraine)
- Provide targeted follow-up support to MHPSS Technical Working Groups and member organisations
