Mary Keogh, Advocacy Director of CBM Global, says:
“On International Women’s Day, it is fitting to remember Judy Heumann’s visit to Ireland in 2011 where she was a keynote speaker at a conference on disability inclusive development organised by CBM Ireland, the Centre for Disability Law and Policy Galway, Disability Federation of Ireland and Dochas. Judy guided us with the development of a roadmap that is still working together. I was one of the lucky ones who got to spend some time with her. We will keep your vision in our hearts, Judy. Rest in Power.”
