World Food Programme partnership – local to global
During 2022, IAG strengthened its partnership with the World Food Programme (WFP). WFP is the largest humanitarian agency in the world. Partnering with them enables us to make a significant contribution to improving the inclusion of people with disabilities in crisis response as well as with longer-term recovery and resilience programmes.
Drought response in Kenya: Cecilia and Risper's story
Cecilia and her son, Risper, were affected by the drought in Meru Country, Kenya. Through CBM Global and the MERU Inclusive Trachoma Wash-plus Project (MINT) Project, their family received the support they need.
Mental health and disability inclusion in the NTD field – from aspiration to impact
The emotional component of Neglected Tropical Diseases (NTDs) has always been part of the experience of people affected by them, and of those who provide care. As an organisation working in NTDs, but with a focus on disability and inclusion, CBM Global set out to challenge this neglect and improve holistic support for people affected by NTDs.
